Homestay in Dawesville

New 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Close to Mandurah (tourist area), where lovely beaches, cafes etc. Own room with Queen size bed and bathroom. Three minutes walk to bus stop. Mandurah train station 25 minutes by bus, then 55 minutes to Perth City. Quite a distance to Perth so would only suit someone not committed to time restrictions. Quiet house. Have one cat, so must like cats. One retired lady owner, and accommodation would suit non smoking female. Only two minutes walk to local Supermarket. May suit someone wanting to stay South of Perth City, as travelling to some areas in Perth can be quite a distance and time consuming.
