Our home is a beautiful modern style new house with five bedrooms and two baths. It has a large kitchen, living room, laundry facilities and a cinema/Karaoke room for entertainment.
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We are only a few minutes walk to the train station which runs to:
Perth City -30 mins. (straight line train to Perth Underground train station). Easy to access to UWA and Murdoch.
A 4 mins walk from my home to the train station and addition there is a new shopping hub there with shops - Woolworths, Priceline, medical Centre, dental clinic, salon, subway, noodle house etc
The rooms are carpeted, very spacious and cosy with your own 40ins smart TV mounted on the wall, built-in cupboard, double bed, large desk and office chair, reverse cycle air-conditioning, curtains, bright LED lighting and book shelf.
