The home is ideally located for access to Perth City, Fremantle and train/buses are very close by. UWA is a short bus ride away.
We enjoy welcoming people from other parts of the world and are a family of 4 people. My husband and myself and 2 teenager/adult children living at home. One of our children is in studying, the other is working, and my husband works nearby at his office, whilst I work at home - so it is peaceful here during the day.
Our home has air conditioning and heating and our dog is a tiny toy poodle who is hyper allergenic. Includes dinner and breakfast.
