Homestay in Maylands

SUITS MATURE STUDENTS who are independent. Private area on the bottom floor of our family home. No common areas. You have your own spacious room that includes a queen bed, kitchenette facilities, couch, wall mounted tv, large dining table, heating, cooling, small patio area, toilet, seperate room for clothes/storage, and your own bathroom with shower and toilet. Located in Maylands, we are a short 5 minute walk to the train station that is a short 10 minute journey into the heart of Perth City. There are many cafe's around Maylands and Inglewood, it's a lovely suburb to live in. Please note: we can only accommodate one guest. Please Note: Although there are no pets in your private space, we do have pets on the top level - 2 friendly dogs small & medium size, a cat that keeps to herself.
