Homestay in Joondalup

We are a small family who has been welcoming university students in homestay regime for some years. It's always exciting and a pleasure to have a new student at our place. The studio is in our family house located near Joondalup Primary School where bus stops and train station are 5-10 minutes walk away.
At our place for the weekly payment ($250 which includes bills-water, electricity and internet) besides the studio, we provide breakfast, which comprises milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, jam/vegemite, honey, cereals, fruit, juices, or any other food the student prefers for breakfast. Other meals may also be available at an additional cost.

The studio, with its own private bathroom, kitchenette and a big veranda, is fully furnished with a double bed and all other fittings providing a super comfortable and relaxed space that is ideal for studying. It is also equipped with its own air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The kitchenette has a bench top cooker, fridge, microwave and all other utensils for light meals preparation. Linen and towels are also provided.
The studio, is a very quiet and relaxed space, created to promote the right studying atmosphere. We are certain you’ll enjoy it.
We are looking to rent this light-full, cosy and very tranquil space to a student (undergraduate or post-graduate).
