Homestay in Subiaco

WE are a family of five and love to make new friendships. I have been a host family for about 8 years now. Both my husband and me have our own business. My oldest son (Geophysicist) is taking a break from work and has gone back to studying, my second son is working at the moment but hopes to leave for Germany to do a degree in Medicine. My youngest son is studying Marine Science. We are active, tidy, healthy and love the outdoors ( so does my cat!!)

Subiaco is a rare combination of inner-city living and suburban comforts, making it a Mecca for professionals who work in the CBD, West Perth and Subiaco.

It is situated approximately 3 km from Perth CBD, and 12 minutes from the Indian Ocean. It is also within easy cycling and walking distance to trendy shops and eateries. Getting around is easy as Subiaco is on a major railway line (Fremantle), bus routes and close to the Freeway.

Subiaco has great amenities. It offers a heady mix of sophisticated bars, shops and restaurants, excellent public transport and consistent, leafy avenues lined with lovely old houses. King's Park is only a stone throw away and is a major tourist attraction on the northern border, while Subiaco Oval is just south of this tiny suburb. Two major hospitals are within 1 km, as well as a primary school and a high school (Perth Modern, a 'super' school for gifted children).

In my profile above I have mentioned that I can do a pickup from the airport but please note that I do not do pickup if your flight arrives after pm. I charge a small fee of $40 for the pickup. It is much cheaper than Uber and Taxi.

Dinner can be arranged as I love to cook.
