Leederville Homestay – Central Location

Looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay while studying or working in Perth? We’d love to welcome a respectful and mature person into our peaceful townhouse in beautiful Leederville.

What’s Included
You’ll have a fully furnished private bedroom with a desk and all essentials – perfect for studying and relaxing.
The rent includes:
   •   Self-serve breakfast 7 days a week
   •   Evening meals 5 days a week
   •   All utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) within reasonable and respectful use
   •   High-speed Wi-Fi
   •   Laundry facilities
   •   Use of shared kitchen, lounge, and courtyards

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two others (women), and there’s also a second separate toilet. Our friendly cat also lives here – she’s quiet, clean, and loves a sunny windowsill and a pat.

This is a homely, calm, and townhouse with leafy outdoor areas and a warm, inviting vibe. I’ve created a space where we all contribute to a shared sense of comfort and stability – I take care of the household so you can focus on your studies and work while you enjoy a supported living experience.

   •   Walk to cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and Luna Cinema
   •   Minutes to trains and buses – just one stop to the CBD
   •   Easy access to UWA, ECU Mt Lawley, and North Metro TAFE
   •   Friendly, village-like feel with a strong community atmosphere
