Both rooms are fully furnished, plenty of sunlight, huge walk in robes and priced at $300 / week incl. bills
Walking distance to major shopping centre Westfield Booragoon, bus station and ammenities. Everything you need at your doorstep. Ideal place for students. Currently housing one other female student studying at UWA who is quiet and keeps to herself. If you are also a student, enjoys a peaceful living environment and is quiet and respectful of other people we would love for you to come see the place.
