Fully furnished and include a queen size bed, desk, bedside table, draw set, double built-in robe, internet access and a separate reverse cycle air conditioner & ceiling fan. There are 2 separate living areas in the house, so one living area can be for shared use along with access to lots of outdoor alfresco areas and assess to use a large swimming pool. There is access to a fully functional large kitchen with extra fridge space available and full laundry facilities. The shared bathroom is large with a separate toilet. Off street parking may be available.
The owners/residents of the house are a mature married couple and have dogs (Toy Poodle and German Shepherd). Will suit a mature student/professional who is clean/tidy, easy-going and friendly around others yet wants their own time/space. Rent $300 pw / Bond $600
