Hi I am looking for a clean, reliable and easygoing housemate to share a spacious 2 x 2 furnished townhouse in NORTHBRIDGE with my two Maltese shiatsu’s and myself.

The premises has twin master bedrooms, both with ensuites so you have your own private double shower, toilet and vanity.

Your master bedroom has a large wardrobe with plenty of space and a reverse split aircon for summer and winter. A queen bed and side tables is available if needed.

The rest of the townhouse is fully furnished with modern amenities fridge, dishwasher, microwave washing machine and dryer.

Situated on Newcastle Street in a very small secured complex this is an excellent location with public transport, bars restaurants and the best of Perth right on your door step.

Cost is $270 per week this includes electricity, gas, water and wifi. No bond required, just two weeks up front.
