Bus to Curtin uni and the city is a minute walk and a 5 minute walk to the bus to Carousel shopping centre. 5 minute walk to the vibrant cafe and restaurant strip as well as shops, gyms and medical facilities. A married couple also live in the home with a separate wing for their bedroom and ensuite.
