Hi,
We are a middle age professional couple living in a 4x2 house in Woodlands. While we live in the North wing of the house, the East wing is left for tenants. The two wings are separated via a living room and a kitchen , so we can tenants won't affect each other. Tenant wing has its own bathroom and a kitchen too. Each tenant room has a 125L fridge in it. There are bus 84 to city and bus 998/999 to UWA nearby. We try to provide a calm and relaxing place to students from overseas, so they feel safe and welcomed therefore can focus on their study.
