Homestay in Ballajura

We have a large room for one or two people to join us in our home. It is a lovely big house. We have a pool, and separate outdoor areas with enclosed garden which is nicely private.

$175/week includes 3-4 dinner meals per week. You can keep your own food for yourself in the fridge and pantry, and use the kitchen at any time.

The furnished room has a bunk double and single bed and huge built in wardrobe. There is a share bathroom (with children only), 3 toilets, laundry and outside washing line. The house has ducted air conditioning, gas heating, and unlimited wifi.

The suburb is nice and quiet with a park alongside our house, a small shopping centre within 5 minutes walk,. There are bus stops 2 minutes walk away. The city is 30 mins on the bus. Joondalup is 20 mins by car. You can take a bus and train to Joondalup if needed.

We are a family of 1 adult1 and a 14 and 16 year old girl and boy, 2 cats, a small dog. We are a very creative family who love the outdoors, exploring, water sports, camping and generally having fun. We eat very multi-culturally and would love to share recipes and experiences.

Languages spoken in our house are mostly English.

We have had people stay with us before: people from Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Chile and Australia so far :)

We are happy to help you to get settled for life in Australia in any way we can.
