My name is Natasha I'm married with a daughter and we have 2 very friendly dogs. I have 2 bedrooms available to rent, one bedroom is a single bed fully furnished room with built in wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and air-con, a desk can be put in this room if required and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and air-con. There is a bathroom located between the 2 bedrooms and comes with a shower, bath and vanity with basin, the toilet is sepearate from the bathroom. I have a large kitchen where you can make your meals and a laundry room for washing and drying your clothes. The property has off street parking if you own a car or there is a bus stop roughly 2 minute walk from the property, there are two bus routes one takes you direct to Joondalup shopping centre next to ECU and Tafe or the other bus takes you to the train station allowing easy access to the CBD. I am looking for female tenants only at this time, sorry I cannot accomodate males, couples or extra pets.
