We are 3 minutes by walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the bus stop nearby to Morley Galleria Shopping Centre. We live close to Perth CBD, Royal Perth Hospital, Navitas, Metropolitan TAFE, Edith Cowan University (ECU) (10 minutes by train and car) Bus 950 from the end of the Street will also take you to the City, QEII Medical Centre (Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital) and University of Western Australia (UWA). In the opposite direction it will take you to the “Galleria” one of the major shopping centres and Coventry Markets. There is also a direct train to and from the airport which is a 7 minute ride.

This is a two storey house and we have three WC two for guests.

We have 3 rooms a single, twin/double and queen bedrooms available for homestay. I cook every night, cereal, toast etc is provided in the mornings.

Queen bedroom will cost $340 per week, includes breakfast and has as a desk, study table, lamp, walk in in robe. If you are a couple wanting to use this room the price is $500.

Twin/double bedroom will cost $325 per week includes breakfast has the same facilities as the double bedroom but with 2 king size single beds. This room has twin beds, but usually used by 1 person if you are friends/students wanting to share this room the price will be $260 each. Or couple $500 see photos)

Single bedroom will cost $315 per week and has a big sofa bed etc.

Guests have use of separate modern bathroom (shower, vanity and wc). There is also a second separate WC.

Inclusive of utilities including wifi internet (NBN), water, gas and electricity.

Microwave, kettle, as well as use of laundry facilities included. You are not permitted to cook your own food. Dinner can be included for an additional $50/ week per person or couple $80.

We love to meet new people and have done extensive travel all around the world. Love to have the opportunity to host and get to know you. We are generally happy, and enjoy the outdoors, church, family and friends.

Please respect my house rules to ensure we can enjoy a peaceful living arrangement. No smoking, no drugs, no excessive alcohol consumption, no friends staying the night.

We can pick up from airport at a fee, please contact me for the price.
