My name is Kathy Zhang, and I am a 16-year-old high school student from Hangzhou, China — a beautiful city known for West Lake. I am currently studying at Mount Lawley Senior High School.
I am a quiet, gentle, and kind-hearted girl. I’m tall for my age and have a calm, soft-spoken personality. Although I can be a little shy at first, I am always respectful, polite, and considerate of others. People often describe me as easy to live with and thoughtful.
I work part-time at a sushi shop after school and on weekends, so I do not require breakfast or dinner to be prepared. My school also provides breakfast in the morning. However, I would greatly appreciate it if the host family could help prepare a packed lunch for me to take to school the next day.
I am quite independent and always try to be responsible and helpful around the home. I hope to live in a home where people communicate openly and kindly, and where problems can be solved with mutual respect and understanding.
