Hello,

I am Utsav, joining UWA for my post graduation studies from February 2024.

I am looking for a place from 11th February, I seek a calm and peaceful place. I am introverted and don't enjoy frequent parties. Moreover, I am looking for a long term stay (1+ year) upon finding the right accommodation. You can expect a high level of cleanliness, and hygiene while accommodating me. Besides reading, listening to music, and keeping up with architecture, I enjoy cooking, cleaning, and sometimes social conversations as well.

Being an international student, I will be looking for a part-time job to support my living costs, but I assure that my schedule does not disturb/bother you. I have lived in airbnb previously, and the hosts had zero complaints about me.
