Hi,

I’ll be attending an English course in Perth so I'd prefer to stay in a quiet place near the city center (somewhere around subiaco or west perth).

It would be better to have a room for myself with Wi-Fi included, a desk and a chair to study, access to laundry (I’ll do by myself) and the kitchen.

I’m a happy person and willing to meet new people.

I would like to stay a few months first with the possibility to extend to a maximum of 2 years.
